Intent
There was no specific reason for making this video besides the novelty of creating my own Shooting Stars meme, and a fun excuse to use After Effects again.
I debuted the video publicly on my personal Facebook page, adding the message "Tag a friend and don't say anything" to the top as another layer to the joke since many Facebook meme/joke videos feature this same message. This actually wound up making the video go semi-viral, since many of my friends actually did tag their friends (even if they didn't personally know Shota), and the video was even shared to several Carnegie Mellon meme pages. As of writing this, the video has just under 6,500 views and 240 Facebook reactions.
